Casablanca is ranked among the Emerging International contenders, and it is considered the largest financial center in Africa. it is the largest city in the Maghreb region With a total population of 3,359,818 people according to the 2014 General Population and Housing Census, and 4,270,750 people in its total population, making it the most populous city in the Kingdom, and the eighth-largest in the Arab world. Casablanca is Morocco's chief port and the largest financial centers in Africa.
